INTERNAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
OF THE HOUSES OF OLDEN TIMES: GUEST HOUSE SAINT GEORGE, VELCHEVO VILLAGE AND GUEST HOUSE HISTORY INN, VELIKO TARNOVO
Please read these house rules carefully before making a reservation.
Following the rules will ensure your pleasant and trouble-free vacation with us.
Accommodation and release:
check-in from 15:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
check-out by 12 a.m.
Possibility for earlier check-in and / or later check-out of the rooms - after further confirmation from the manager.
The houses of Olden Times are obliged to provide services that meet the requirements for categorization and pre-announced prices.
Internal Order:
1. It is prohibited for people who are not duly registered to spend the night in any of our houses.
2. The movement of furniture and property in the rooms and premises of the houses is prohibited (without coordination with the manager).
3. It is forbidden to take out of the villas any kind of property (towels, inventory, utensils, etc.) during the stay of the guests.
4. The guests are obliged to provide an identity document upon check-in at the house - to fill in the address registration.
5. Smoking inside the villas is absolutely forbidden. It is permissible only on the terrace and in the yard of the sites!
6. The stay of pets in the houses of Olden Times or in their gardens is absolutely prohibited.
7. Upon leaving the villas, guests are obliged to leave them in the condition in which they found them at check-in.
8. The guests of the houses bear material (financial) responsibility for the damaged and /or lost property. Damages and /or losses are paid at the reception before leaving the site.
9. Upon leaving the guests are obliged to personally hand over the keys to the respective villas to the administrator of the houses.
10. Illegal or immoral activities - gambling, prostitution, drug use, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods, possession or use of firearms and other weapons - are absolutely prohibited on our properties!
11. In case of violation of public order, including violation of the prohibition of loud noise in the time range between 14:00 - 16:00 and between 23:00 and 08:00 as a result of which a signal will be submitted to the authorities of order, the violators - guests of the Houses of Olden Times, take full responsibility for the damage caused by the violation of public order, our company, and our reputation. If the law enforcement authorities impose sanctions, fines, acts and/or other penalties provided by the Bulgarian legislation, they shall be fully covered by the guests responsible for the established violations.
12. The owner, as well as the administrator of the Houses from Olden Times, are not responsible for accidents with the children of the guests, which occurred both within the tourist site and outside of it. The good health and condition of children are the responsibility of their parents!
13. A EUR 200 deposit to cover possible repair/replacement costs for broken/missing items is blocked from the guests' credit card upon check-in. This amount is unblocked after checking the property at the time of departure if there are no damaged or missing items in the property at check out.
14. In case of ascertaining gross violations of the internal order and non-observance of these regulations, we have the right to terminate our legal relations with the guests and respectively their stay.

The reservation is considered confirmed after payment of 50% non-refundable deposit within 3 working days of booking.
Payments are made in one of the following ways:
by bank transfer or on site.
Values and security:
All valuables and personal belongings of the guests, imported on the territory of the Houses of Olden Times, are the responsibility of the respective guest. In case of open /unlocked windows and doors during their period of accommodation, regardless of whether the guests are on the territory of the villa /complex or outside it (for a walk, beach, picnic, etc.), the responsibility for loss or theft lies with the guest.
In case of cancellation, the client loses the deposit paid (in case of force majeure, Houses from Olden Times may offer a change of dates and future use of the stay), and guests are required to notify the company at least 14 days before the date of accommodation. The same applies in the case of the non-appearance of a reservation.
Acceptance of the general conditions:
By confirming the reservation, the clients declare that they have read and understood the internal rules for using the villas of the Houses from Olden Times chain and agree with them!
